1. The Service

nodeflex.io relays requests from cloud applications to n8n workflows you run in your own environment. Your n8n instance connects outbound to our hub, receives requests sent to your network path, and returns results. You are responsible for your n8n instance, your workflows, and the systems they reach.

2. Accounts and API keys

• You must give accurate account information and keep it current. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and API keys. Keep them confidential and revoke any key you think has been exposed.
• Tell us right away at [support@nodeflex.io] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• Network paths are assigned first come, first served. We may reclaim a path that is misleading, infringes someone's rights, or belongs to a closed account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything illegal, or to send malware, spam or content that infringes others' rights;
• relay data you don't have the right to process, or regulated data (such as health or payment card data) unless we have agreed to it in writing;
• probe, scan or test the Service for weaknesses, or get around authentication, rate limits or plan limits;
• interfere with the Service or place an unreasonable load on it, including by denial-of-service attempts;
• resell or sublicense the Service, or use it to build a competing product, without our written permission;
• access the Service other than through the interfaces we provide.

4. Your data

You keep all rights to the payloads, results and other content you send through the Service ("Customer Data"). You give us permission to process Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service. We do not store payload contents in our database. Results and large payloads are cached briefly, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data, and for having the notices and consents needed to send it through the Service. If you need a data processing agreement, contact us.

5. Plans, fees and billing

• Plans. Each plan has limits on workflows, executions and message size, as shown on our pricing page. Requests over your limits may be rejected or queued.
• Free plan. The Free plan is provided as is. We may change its limits or discontinue it with reasonable notice.
• Paid plans. Fees are in US dollars and billed in advance for each monthly or annual term. Plans renew automatically until you cancel.
• Payment. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for fees and applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until it is resolved.
• Changes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current term. We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes, which apply from your next renewal.
• Refunds. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable, and we don't give credits for partial terms. [Confirm refund policy]

6. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or events beyond our control. Requests can fail when your n8n instance is offline or not registered for a path. Support is provided through the channels listed for your plan. Any service-level commitment applies only if it is set out in a separate written agreement with you.

7. Suspension and termination

• You may stop using the Service and cancel your plan at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or create a security or legal risk for us or others. Where reasonable, we will notify you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
• When your account ends, your right to use the Service stops and your API keys are revoked. We delete account data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Sections 4 and 8 through 15 survive termination.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Service, including its software, design and documentation. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

9. Third-party services

The Service works with software and services we don't control, including n8n and the apps that call your workflows. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. n8n is a trademark of n8n GmbH. nodeflex.io is not affiliated with or endorsed by n8n GmbH.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT EVERY REQUEST WILL BE DELIVERED.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US$100. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY TO YOUR PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS OR YOUR INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS.

12. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims, and the resulting losses and costs, arising from your Customer Data, your workflows, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify account owners by email or in the portal at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in [County, State], and both parties consent to those courts' jurisdiction.

15. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order or agreement you sign with us, are the entire agreement between us. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
